PLAYER ELIGIBILITY

The 2009 NRU Championships will follow 2009 USA Rugby eligibility guidelines.  Forms should be completed and signed and submitted at Team Registration at the Tournament site.

On Saturday, November 21, ALL teams must register and validate their rosters 90 minutes before kick-off.

Each team will need:

Photo ID’s of each player
3 copies of the 28 man roster (two to be submitted to the Administrator one for the team to keep)
3 copies of the 22/23 (23 with 6 front row) man game roster per each game. So they will need blank copies to fill in as they go. They are to hand the opposition a game roster 30 minutes before kickoff. And get one to an administrator.

Roster Check:

All teams are to present themselves for a 28 man roster check 90 minutes before their game. Its the teams responsibility to get the Roster check done (there will be a tent set up with administrators) In special circumstances please contact the Administor and explain.

Teams are to present themselves at the administration tent with their players already lined up in alphabetical order.

Team leaders/admin are to support the NRU administrators in getting the Roster check done as cleanly and quickly as possible.

If there are changes to the a previously submitted roster it needs to be brought to the Administrators attention, with explanation.
